Curviness of Stream
Remember - you are looking at an area about 200ft in length: 100ft upstream and 100ft downstream. You are looking at sinuosity only - not turbidity, indications of contaminants - nor bridges, clearings, and other impacts of man.

Naturalness of Site
Upstream of your site may be heavily altered while downstream may be natural... check both and average (12pt + 0pt / 2 = 6pt) If the site has been mined and restored properly, select Many Man-Made Changes, but still some natural conditions left. Use the map on the back of your form for notes.
